Governance and transparency
Composed of the Advisory, Curator and Fiscal Councils, and an Executive Board, our governance is structured to ensure the transparency, security, competence and agility necessary for decision-making.
Certified Capacity and Transparency
We provide annual reports that are audited and approved by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and the Public Prosecutor's Office. We are signatories to the Global Compact and have ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 Certifications, which guarantee transparency, technical rigor and seriousness in our activities. We do all this with the purpose of working towards a more sustainable, economically viable future and with the vision of promoting changes in people to create a positive impact on the world!
