What was our Digital Transformation journey like in 2023?

In the current business scenario, marked by rapid technological changes and a constant evolution in market expectations, organizations around the world are facing the challenge of reinventing themselves. Digital transformation, far from being a mere trend, has become a necessity to maintain relevance and competitiveness. In this challenging context, we seek to develop throughout 2023 to seek more effective results.

We embark on a journey of transformation. This journey was marked by process optimization, the incorporation of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and robotic process automation (RPA), and a significant change in the work approach, adopting the agile SCRUM model. Changes that not only improved operational efficiency but also had a positive impact on organizational culture.

We list the main highlights we had throughout 2023:

Process Optimization

In a year of dedicated efforts, we were able to make significant advances in optimizing your processes. This includes designing journeys, improving the delivery flow of projects to clients, improving data collection, all aimed at improving the internal flow of work.

Incorporation of Artificial Intelligence

We test artificial intelligence in some of our services, expanding the context of projects, and aiming to deliver more value and a differentiated information base to increase content and value for the client.

Revolution with RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

The adoption of RPA stood out as a different movement. Still in the testing phase, we have already managed to optimize almost 50% of the execution time in one of the services. This significant gain in time directly reflects operational efficiency and the ability to allocate resources more strategically, directing our efforts towards projects of public interest. 

Change in the Way of Working

Adopting the agile Scrum model was another strategic initiative. This model not only brought a significant change in the routine of daily activities, but also positively influenced the organizational culture. The agile approach allowed for greater flexibility, adaptability and collaboration between teams.

Our journey towards digital transformation is not only seen as a success story throughout the year, but also as a comprehensive cultural change, showing and sharing the power of technology in structuring and improving the work environment. By adopting these changes, the Foundation demonstrated that it has a remarkable capacity to evolve and seek an increasingly sustainable world using digitalization to its advantage.
