Sustainability is an important topic within organizations, which even with different structures and product/service proposals, have a common objective, to better understand the impacts they cause on society, and in a structured and measurable way, answer questions such as: What are you seeking to achieve and who should be the target audience for the result measured in your social investment? Why and who is interested in measuring impacts?
FEE spoke with Cadu, executive director of the Aro Meia Zero Institute. Cadu is a specialist in Socio-Environmental Business Management and is facing a major challenge which is to bring the discussion of agendas within the scope of public policies, companies and civil society to discuss urban mobility and use, the good excuse of the bicycle, as an instrument of social, cultural and personal transformation. The Institute recently completed the design of a Theory of Change and intends to carry out an Impact Measurement of its projects.
