ECO+ Foundation Online Data Protection Rules
Fundação ECO+ is pleased with your visit to our website/app, thank you for your interest in our company.
At Fundação ECO+, data protection has priority. This page is designed to provide information about how we are following data protection regulations, what information we collect while you are browsing our communication channels, and how this information is collected, used and protected by us, in accordance with Law no. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law – “LGPD”).
First and most important: your personal data will only be used in the cases detailed below and will not be used in any other cases without your express consent.
This Data Privacy Policy applies to the collection and processing of data only for the following communication platforms/fronts: marketing emails, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube), application for cell phones, corporate website, BASF Agro Blog and WhatsApp (receiving content and information about the brand).
Data collect
When you visit the Fundação ECO+ website/app, general information is collected automatically (i.e. not through registration) and sent to our server, but is not stored as personal data. The web servers that are used by default store the following data:
- The name of your internet service provider.
- The website from which you visited us.
- The websites you visit, when you are with us.
- Your IP address.
- Requested URL or file.
- Date and time of your visit.
- Volume of data transmitted during your navigation.
- Server status information, such as error messages during browsing.
This information is analyzed anonymously. Used solely for the purpose of improving the attractiveness, content and functionality of our website/app. When data is passed on to external service providers, we adopt technical and organizational measures to ensure that data protection standards are respected.
Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data is only collected when you provide it on the course, for example, when registering on our website/app, filling out forms or sending emails, or through ordering products or services, inquiries or requests for material. .

Please note that this revocation of consent may impact the availability of certain services and programs, as well as your access to information about Fundação ECO+, which is shared via digital channels, such as marketing emails sent based on your interests.
Even after the end of the contractual relationship, we may process some of your personal data to exercise our rights guaranteed by law, including as evidence in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings, mainly those related to the settlement of claims involving you and/or third parties.

Personal data may be collected in the ECO+ Foundation's SustenBOT Business Tool.
The personal data we collect will only be used to fulfill our obligations to you and keep you informed about events, technical content/studies, products, services and/or other information from Fundação ECO+, according to your profile, through marketing emails.

Data retention
We store personal data for the period necessary to perform a service that you have requested or for which you have given your permission, as long as there are no contrary legal requirements, for example in the case of retention periods required by trade or tax regulations.
Security
Fundação ECO+ has technical and organizational security measures to prevent the information you provide from being manipulated, intentionally or unintentionally, lost, destroyed or accessed by unauthorized people. When personal data is being collected and processed, the information will be transferred in encrypted form in order to prevent misuse of the data by third parties. Our security measures are continually analyzed and reviewed, in accordance with appropriate technology.
Although Fundação ECO+ makes every effort to preserve your privacy and protect your personal data, no transmission of information is completely secure, so Fundação ECO+ cannot fully guarantee that all information it receives and/or sends are not the target of unauthorized access perpetrated through methods designed to obtain information improperly, such as technical failures, viruses or invasions of the website's database.
In any case, in the remote hypothesis of incidents of this nature, the ECO+ Foundation guarantees its best efforts to remedy the consequences of the event. Fundação ECO+ is not responsible for any other website that can be accessed from ours, and there is no link between such addresses.
Right to obtain and correct information
You have the right to obtain information about all your stored personal data, receive it, examine it and, if necessary, change or delete it. To do this, simply send an email to the Data Controller's email address, provided at the end of this Policy. Your personal data will be deleted unless we are required by law to store such information (as per the “Data Retention” item above).
The ECO+ Foundation will make its best efforts to respond to User requests in the shortest possible time. In the case of an exclusion request, the minimum storage period for information from users of Internet applications will be respected, determined by Brazilian legislation, in addition to other applicable laws such as labor and tax legislation.
