Registration for participation in the Ideathon is open to all BASF Brazil employees and interns.
The Ideathon offers a unique opportunity to contribute innovative ideas that can have a positive and sustainable impact on the industry and society as a whole. It’s a chance to develop essential skills such as creative thinking, problem-solving and teamwork, while tackling real-world challenges. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to network with peers and mentors, making valuable connections for your career.
By participating in the Ideathon, you are contributing to shaping the future of your organization and the industry by helping to create more sustainable and innovative solutions.
If you don't have an idea yet, don't worry. The Ideathon is the inspiration you need, with lots of valuable content and learning for everyone who participates.
Important: Applications from collaborators and/or interns who already have solutions at an advanced stage of development related to the Ideathon will not be accepted.
